you need vits C and B3 to convert both Omega 3 and Omega 6 into pratsraglondins PGEs.O3 makes goog PGEs but O6 can be converted into either good or bad(PGEs)You need more O3 than O6 so you can block arachidonic acid (which comes from eating meat and fish, and also being stressed) from converting Omega 6 into bad PGEs. B6 magnesium and zinc also helps but only take them short term.
